Yesterday, by the boat ramp, my yellow Lab went off into the weeds and started rooting for something. Preparing myself for a dead fish or something else requiring a wash down, I saw she was pawing at something silver. It was a Gerber stainless one-piece dive/rescue knife in a latching nylon sheath. Cleanup showed it to be in near mint condition. It was a River Master, designed by Blackie Collins, circa 1990. Someone must have used it to cut bait or clean fish to give it a scent. She was happy with a
